Shipping & Returns


At Greenly, we are committed to providing beautiful, high quality garden products.

As part of our Customer Satisfaction Policy, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item we will arrange to send out the correct one at no additional cost. We also provide warranties on non-horticultural frames and equipment.

When arranging return shipping, we do encourage you to use a shipper with a reliable tracking system. If the shipment is lost or damaged on its way back to us, you may follow up with the shipper for claim resolution.


1.       Please email us at to inform us of your request for replacement or return.

2.       Make sure to include your order number in the email.

3.       Please let us know why you are returning the product and supply any supporting photos or evidence.

We will then assess and approve the item for return or replacement, as appropriate, and in consideration of any active and existing warranties
